Q&A With Alex and Johnny

Alex & Johnny have been DJing together in London bars and clubs for over 25 years, starting with mid 90’s residencies at Soho’s Riki Tik and the early days of The Met Bar, to many Shoreditch clubs (333) and various warehouse parties. They formed Lost and Found DJ’s and were the backbone of London’s Way Out East at 93 Feet East in Brick lane, then onto the purpose built Key at Bagley’s before turning to mainly private parties. Playing under many aliases throughout, they were familiar faces behind the decks at a host of different international events and after parties for everyone from Madonna to McQueen, Balearic Bar Mitzvahs to Wild Weddings; whilst being the in-house entertainment for Ronnie Wood’s private bashes and the BRIT’s. They continue to fly under the radar as secret weapons at any party.

We thought it’d be fun to do a little Q&A with Alex & Johnny so here goes:

Alex: “‘True Romance’ between Dennis Hopper and Christopher Walken ‘Now, if that’s a fact, tell me… Am I lying?’”

Johnny: “Eating whole packets of Ginger Nuts with one cuppa.”

WHAT DO YOU LOVE TO COOK?

So that concludes our Q&A with Alex & Johnny – now let’s get to the music.
