Our food is honest, fresh, nutritional, seasonal, made from scratch with whole foods, well balanced and above all else, bloody tasty and made with love.
We replace refined ‘nasties’ with wholefoods freshly prepared on site and consistently research new products and source natural ingredients to ensure our healthy range is full of flavour, texture and colour for all palates. Every offering is well balanced and 100% home-made!
Our meat is sourced from various ‘happy farms’ around the UK. It is 100% free range and fed on natural produce with no growth enhancers or ‘nasties’.
Our fish is mostly line-caught and is fished only around our waters. We only order the fish that is in high stock.
Our veg is supplied by a British green grocer, all British products are Red Tractor approved and all foreign produce (minimal) is Fairtrade.

Reeves Butchers supply high quality meat, poultry and game to us. Their vehicles have been carefully selected and fitted with tracking software to monitor driving economy and standards to reduce food miles and they use live mapping to assist with route planning. Their drivers are also trained in safety and fuel saving techniques to government standards. They source raw materials reared as close to the final consumer as geographically practical. They implement and sustain a purchasing policy of supporting local, regional and UK farming industry and producers and support the local economy through employment and skills training within the locality. Packaging at Reeves is kept to a minimum – they use recyclable, robust plastic delivery crates and recycle all cardboard waste.

County Supplies provide all of our fruit and veg. They help educate their customers on seasonality and encourage their customers to reduce packaging waste by using recyclable brown bags and returnable crates. They also help their customers reduce the number of daily deliveries resulting in a positive impact on emissions.

CACAO SOLUTION
- 4 cups filtered water
- 2 whole dried cascabel chilli diced/crushed
- 1 piece cinnamon bark
- 1 star anise
- 2 crushed black cardamom
- 1 cup rose petals
- 6 tbsp cacao powder
- Pinch salt
COCKTAIL
- 150ml cacao solution
- 50ml juniper syrup
